Executive Board Meetings

The MacArthur PTA Executive Board meets the second Tuesday of every month during the school year. The Executive Board is made up of the Executive Committee (President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer) and all of the Committee Chairpersons. The meetings are open for any MacArthur PTA member to attend. However, any member voting during Executive Board meetings must have a position on the Executive Board. All questions, issues and items to be addressed must be given to the President prior to the meeting for inclusion in the agenda.

General Membership Meetings

In addition to the Executive Board meetings, there are general membership meetings scheduled throughout the year. General Membership meetings are needed to approve the yearly budget, approve nominating committee members, and vote in the Executive Committee for the coming year. Anyone who is a member of the MacArthur PTA has a vote during General Membership Meetings
