Field Day Volunteers Needed!

Field Day is a fun-filled day for our children to enjoy different outdoor games and sports. There are many different stations for the classrooms to participate in and experience. (Kindergarten will participate during their school hours) We need volunteers to help run the different stations. We will again have a DJ for great music and dancing. Lunch will be provided by the PTA for all MacArthur Students, Staff, Lunch Supervisors and volunteers. An assembly will also be the provided in the morning for all students to enjoy.

We need volunteers to report at 9:15am to the gym for station assignments and instructions. This year we are going to have our assembly in the morning starting at 9am. We will be starting the field day stations promptly after the assembly. With the question of younger siblings, if other arrangements cannot be made they must stay with you at all times during the event.

To make this work for our children we need your help! We appreciate all volunteers. The time commitment is 9:15am to approximately 2:30pm which includes lunch. Please consider spending the day and enjoy all the fun. Questions please contact Laurel McGrath.

These committees are very important to our MacArthur Students. We are in jeopardy of losing these if we do not get the volunteers needed. We need you!
